SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete the following

2 x 0.5 mile run, Rest 3 minutes between efforts

2 x 0.25 mile run, Rest 2 minutes between efforts

4 x 200 Yard Sprint, Rest 1 minute between efforts

Record your total time and your splits.
