THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:

7 Box Jumps

7 Dumbbell Thrusters

***Rest 2 Minutes***

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes      

30 Jump Rope Skips

6 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (3/arm)

6 One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats (3/arm)

(Note: You may perform 3 DB Snatch followed by 3 OHS then switch arms)
