WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

Workout:  Complete the following tasks

#1: In 7 minutes, cover as much distance running as possible. This should be a continuous effort.

***Rest 3 minutes***

#2:  Complete as many rounds of the following in 10 minutes

18 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is 1 rep)

9 Pushups

9 Situps

9 Squats

100 Yard Sprint
