02/05/2016: Swings, Pushups, Split Squats, Run!

Workout #36 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell or None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings  or Total Body Extensions  or Glute Bridges

20 Pushups

20 Split Squats (10/leg – add Kettlebell if needed)

Run 0.2 miles


Complete the following (in order)

25 Plank with Shoulder Taps  (each side)

25 Windshield Wipers (Floor)
