TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following as quickly as possible

42 Kettlebell Swings           

21 Burpees

8 – 50 Yard Shuttle Run  (400 yard total distance)

30 Kettlebell Swings           

15 Burpees

6 – 50 Yard Shuttle Run (300 yard total distance)

18 Kettlebell Swings           

9 Burpees

4 – 50 Yard Shuttle Run (200 yard total distance)

*If you get done before the 20 minute cap, perform 100 yards of walking Lunge Steps.
