Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 30 Jumping Jacks, and a 50’ Bear Crawl

Workout: “Pregame Workout”

Complete 2 rounds of the following sequence:

3 minutes MAX reps Kettlebell Swings      

Rest 1 Minute

2 Minutes MAX reps Goblet Squats

Rest 1 Minute

1 Minute MAX reps Burpees

Rest 1 minute
