SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 30 Jumping Jacks, and a 50’ Bear Crawl

Workout: “Burpee, Run, Pushup Run”

Complete 3 rounds of the following sequence:

15 Burpees

Sprint 200 Yards

20 Pushups

Run 400 yards
