WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

Complete the following

4 Rounds:

40 seconds Dumbbell Thrusters, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Bird Dogs, 20 seconds Rest

40 seconds Dumbbell Plank Rows, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dead Bugs, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Dumbbell Windmills, 20 seconds REST (Rds 1&3: left side, Rds 2&4: right side)
