TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete the following 11-rep Grinder (18 minute CAP)

1 Russian Kettlebell Swing, 10 Goblet Squats

2 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 9 Goblet Squats

3 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 8 Goblet Squats

4 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 7 Goblet Squats

…10 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 1 Goblet Squat

And…the CATCH! After each set, Slow Crawl 15 yards and SPRINT 85 yards.
