MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Buy-In:  2 minutes to run 0.20 miles as quickly as possible. In the remaining time, recover. (One lap at Barrett Park)

Then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

4 Pushups

8 V-ups

12 Jumping Squats

16 Mountain Hoppers  (each leg is ½ rep)

Then…

As soon as the 12 minutes are up, run 0.20 miles as quickly as possible (one lap at Barrett Park)

Record your rounds and time for each run.
