Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following every minute on the minute for 8 minutes

10 Pushups

10 Squats

20 Lateral Jumps

***Rest 2 Minutes***

Then complete 4 rounds of the following for time:

12 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (6 per side)

10 Leg Lifts

2 Manmakers
