Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 15 Situps.

18 Kettlebell Snatch  Left arm

18 Burpees

12 Kettlebell Snatch  Right arm

12 Kettlebell Snatch  Left arm

12 Burpees

6 Kettlebell Snatch  Right arm

6 Kettlebell Snatch  Left arm

6 Burpees
