MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes

20 Dumbbell Plank Rows (10/arm)

15 Star Jumps

10 Dumbbell Push Press

Run 0.25 miles

Record your rounds.

It was a big, but cold weekend for races for the Smugs Fitness crew. Check out Jane G. and Melissa T. after crushing the Hot Chocolate 5K. Nice job, ladies!

Additionally, Smugs and Kmugs did their first race post baby. It was an 8K-trail race in Greenville. Here’s Kmugs smiling toward the finish!
