Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 15 Situps.

Workout: “YAB-a-dAB-a-doo!”

Complete 5 Rounds as quickly as possible:

Run 0.25 miles

25 Sit-ups

25 Good Mornings   (use a barbell, kettlebell, dumbbells, broomstick, etc.)

45 second Plank Hold
