Workout #25 of 366 (2016)

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

20 seconds Pushups

30 seconds Mountain Climbers             

40 seconds Skater Squats (alternate legs each rep)

50 seconds Plank

60 seconds Squat Thrusts

40 seconds REST

***Note: Including the rest, each round is 4 minutes long***

Record any modifications and additional rest you needed.
