01/24/2014 – 300 Reasons to Love Friday!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

“300…differently!”

Complete 50 rounds of the following.

1 Squat Thrust

1 Close Grip Pushup

1 Handstandor Donkey Kick (you may kick up into a wall for the handstand or kick into it free standing)

1 Jumping Squat

1 Broad Jump

1 Lunge Step (each leg)

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

3 minute Abs!

3 rounds:

30 seconds Flutter Kicks

30 seconds Situps
