Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 30’ Bear Crawl.

Workout: Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

25  Squats

20  Sit-ups(feeling strong?…use one DB to add some weight)

15  Dumbbell Thrusters

10  Pushups

Post the number of rounds completed and the weight you used for the Dumbbell movements.
