WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 6 Rounds:

30 Lateral Jumps

10 Half Turkish Get-ups

10 Leg Lifts

10 Pushups – hands off deck at the bottom and top (clapping if possible)
