WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope

#1: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 12 minutes

20 Pushup-to-Plank

10 V-ups

5 Burpee Broad Jumps

After 12 minutes, REST 2 minutes, then…

#2: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 4 minutes

15 Double Unders or 45 Jump Rope Skips

5 Jumping Squats
