TUESDAY WORKOUT

 

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

8 One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats  (RIGHT ARM – dumbbell can be substituted)

8 One Arm Kettlebell Push Press  (RIGHT ARM – dumbbell can be substituted)

8 Burpees

80 Jump Rope Skips

8 One-Arm Kettlebell Front Squats  (LEFT ARM – dumbbell can be substituted)

8 One Arm Kettlebell Push Press   (LEFT ARM – dumbbell can be substituted)

8 Burpees
