SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Burpees.

Workout: The rain has kept us indoors in ATL for several days…

Go out for a 30 minute run. Not a runner?…Go for a hike, a bike ride, or walk your dog. Get outside and take in some much needed sunlight. There’s nothing like sunlight to help you get your Vitamin D! Have fun!

BONUS:   2 Minute Plank Hold and 50 Kettlebell Swings.
