THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

90 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds REST

8 Rounds of Tabata Protocol (20 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST) for each of the following exercises:

Press (strong)

Press (stronger)

Goblet Squats

Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold

90 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

Record any modifications.
