Workout #13 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None or Dumbbells.

4 Rounds

45 seconds Jingle Jangles, 15 seconds REST

Complete the following as many times as possible in 3 minutes:

12 Skater Squats  (6/leg)

9 V-ups

6 Dumbbell Shoulder Press  or  Pike Pushups

***REST 1 minute between rounds***

*Note: Each of the 4 rounds is 4 minutes.

Record any modifications you used to complete this workout and your total rounds completed in the AMRAP portion.
