Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 3 Rounds of the following:

1 minute Russian Kettlebell Swings

50 seconds Goblet Squats

40 seconds Box Jumps

30 seconds Mountain Climbers             

20 seconds Split Jumps

10 seconds SPRINT

Rest 1 minute

Record you’re the height of the box used for your jumps and the weight of your Kettlebell.
