Workout #12 of 366 (2016)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 3 Rounds of the following:

1 minute Shuttle Run  (25-yards)

50 seconds Squats

40 seconds Box Jumps  /  Box Step-Ups

30 seconds Mountain Climbers             

20 seconds Speed Skaters

10 seconds Burpees

1 minute REST

Record the height of the box used for your jumps/step-ups.
