01/08/2016: Dumbbell Workout! Press, Windmill, Snatch, Row

Barrett Park Rockstars aren't afraid of the cold! Wednesday was in the 20's, but we got rocking and heated quickly!

Workout #8 of 366 (2016)

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

6 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

12 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (6/arm)

12 Dumbbell Windmills        (6/side)

6 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Sprint 100 Yards

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY

20 Tall Plank to Downward Dog  (hold 5 seconds in Tall Plank and 5 seconds in Downward Dog each rep)
