01/05/2016: Jump Rope, Shoulder Press, Pushups, Scissors


College Hip Hop Dancers have some hops! Jonathan L. (Stanford University) is doing Skater Jumps onto a 20-inch box and sticking the landing with accuracy and strength! 

Workout #5 of 366 (2016)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

60 Double Unders or Jump Rope Skips

4 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

7 Pushups(on DBs)

10 Dumbbell Split Squats  (per leg)

13 Scissors  (per leg)

Record your rounds completed and weight used.
