Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

As quickly as possible,

Run 0.4 miles (600m)

Then,

Complete 3-6-9-12-15-12-9-6-3 reps of

Russian Kettlebell Swings

Goblet Squats

Then,

Run 0.4 miles (600m)

Record your time.
