MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

As quickly as possible (16 minute CAP),

Run 0.4 miles (600 meters)

Then,

Complete 3-6-9-12-9-6-3 reps of

Squat Thrusts

V-ups

Squats

Mountain Climbers    (each leg is ½ rep)

Then,

Run 0.4 miles (600 meters)

Record your time.
