FRIDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.
Partner Workout!
Teams of Two must complete the following as quickly as possible:
200 Squats
150 Situps
100 Pushups
One partner will run 0.2 miles, while the other performs the above exercises. The partners will switch at the culmination of the 0.2 mile run until complete.
