20 Walking Lunge Steps (per leg)

Plank1 minute

10 Side Lunges (per leg)

10 Close Grip Pushups

Plank1 minute

5 Clapping Pushups

5 Jumping Lunge Steps (per leg)

Plank1 minute

Record your time. Focus on form. Every rep should be perfect!
