Why you going to the airport?…Flying somewhere?

If you are traveling, make sure you pack a jump rope and bring a copy of the "Vacation Workouts" with you. These workouts can be performed just about anywhere and most can be done with little to no equipment. With the exception of a jump rope and/or something to perform dips on, these workouts provide you with all you need to stay in shape while you are on the go.
