Includes an initial telephone session, programming, and email communication and is based upon a performance or aesthetic goal.  Kory will build a program that is easy to understand and fits into your lifestyle. Whether you plan to train in a commercial gym, home gym, or without any equipment, Kory will develop a well-rounded program that works for you.


Individual Nutrition Coaching

4, 8, or 12 Weeks

Includes weekly telephone sessions and ongoing email communication.  Goals are generally health-related and are determined on an individual basis.  Kory will assist you with weight-loss, body composition changes, and improving overall health and energy levels through dietary changes.  Her goal is always to ensure that her clients are on the path to feeling and looking great.

Training and Nutrition Coaching

Monthly Plan

This plan is a comprehensive training and nutrition coaching plan that is customized to your needs.  Kory is available to provide ongoing coaching throughout the month that includes a continuing discussion of all of the factors that affect wellness, performance, and weight management.  This is Kory’s most popular plan.
