Coach Kory's Copycat Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (substitute any milk)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Kory's favorite is Xwerks Grow)
1/2 banana
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
dash of sea salt
dash of cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Optional ingredients: ice, cold brewed coffee, collagen peptides, berries, or greens
