MONDAY WORKOUT

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes:

20 (10 L/ 10 R) Lateral Lunge

10 Total Body Extensions

20 Meter Crawl

20 Squats

10 Pushups

40 Meters of Skipping

TUESDAY WORKOUT 

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes:

8 Left/ 8 Right One Arm Kettlebell Push Press

8 Left/ 8 Right Weighted Cossack Squat

8 Left/ 8 Right Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

8 Left/ 8 Right Plank Drags

Then, complete three rounds of the following:

35 seconds of Jingle Jangles

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Mountain Hoppers

25 seconds rest

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 16 minutes:

30M walking Lunge Steps

sprint back to starting point

10 Pushup-to-Plank

30M Broad Jumps

sprint back

10 Glute Bridge

Then, complete the following:

60 Situps

60 Flutter Kicks

THURSDAY WORKOUT 

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes:

12 Goblet Squats

8L / 8R Kettlebell Floor Press (or 4-10 Pushups)

12 Kettlebell Goblet Cleans

8L/ 8R Lawnmower Row (or 12 Mini Band Rows)

16 Kettlebell Swings

20 meters Slow Crawl

FRIDAY WORKOUT

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete 4 rounds of the following:

35 seconds Squats     

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Mountain Climbers

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Jingle Jangles

25 seconds rest

35 seconds StrongFirst Plank
