Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2 minutes followed by dynamic stretching and 20 each of squats, pushups, lunge steps (10/leg)

Complete the following as quickly as possible:

100 Jump Rope Skips

50 Situps

80 Jump Rope Skips

40 Situps

60 Jump Rope Skips

30 Situps

40 Jump Rope Skips

20 situps

20 Jump Rope Skips

10 Situps

When you finish, make sure you stretch!
