MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

#1:  Complete the following

80 Squats      

60 Squat Thrusts

40 Pushups

20 Plank Jacks

#2:  4 Rounds:

100 meters Skipping

30 seconds Crawl(any style – click link for a video of variations)
