SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes

Minutes 1-10: 1 Turkish Getup (alternate sides each minute)

Minutes 11-20: 15 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (alternate sides each minute)
