Workout #348 of 365 (2017)

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes, complete the following in order:

Minute 1: 10Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (Left)

Minute 2: 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings  (Right)

Minute 3:Turkish Getups(Left)

Minute 4:Turkish Getups  (Right)
