FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells or none

Choose your own adventure!

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Run 300 yards (one lap around Barrett Park)

10 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

5 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Pushups on Dumbbells

OR

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Run 300 yards

20 Plank with Shoulder Taps   (each side is ½ rep)

5 Close Grip Pushups

10 Reverse Lunge Steps (5 per side)

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY

1 Round:

30 V-ups

20 Supine Bicycle  (per side)

10 T-Plank Rotations  (per side)
