TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Kettlebells

#1:  10 Rounds

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat(strong side); Repeat on stronger side

#2:EMOM 8 (Every minute, for 8 minutes, complete the following)

8/8 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings
