Workout #332 of 365 (2017)

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps  (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

Complete 15 minutes of the following:

10/10 Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

10 Dumbbell Push Press

10/10 Dumbbell Plank Rows

100 yard Sprint

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY

4 Rounds:

30 seconds StrongFirst Plank

30 seconds REST
