TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Matching Pair of Kettlebells

Part 1: 14 Minutes

8 left/ 8 right double Kettlebell Split Squat

8 left/ 8 right Plank Drags

8 Kettlebell Heartbeats (one bell)

Broad Jumps

Part 2: Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes complete the following:

12 Double Kettlebell Swings

3 Double Kettlebell Cleans
