The morning crew loves a sweaty finisher!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mini Band

Complete 4 Rounds of the following:

40 Seconds Lateral Band Walk (change directions after 20 seconds)

20 seconds rest

40 Seconds Mini Band Row

20 Seconds rest

40 Seconds Glute Bridge w/Resistance Band

20 Seconds rest

40 Seconds Pushup-to-Plank

20 Seconds rest

40 Seconds Cross Body Crawl

20 Seconds Rest
