SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warm-up: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks

Equipment Needed: Kettlebells

Complete 5 Rounds:

1 Turkish Getups  (Strong)

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (Strong)

1 Turkish Getup (Stronger)

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (Stronger)

Increase weights each round if possible.
