THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebells

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 18 minutes:

30M Slow Crawl

8 left/ 8 right Jumping Lunge Steps

8 left/ 8 right One Arm Kettlebell Push Press 

12 Left/ 12 RIght Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

100M Run
