WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

#1:  Complete 8 minutes of work

10/10 Dumbbell Split Squats

20  Glute Bridge (w/mini band)

10/10 Plank with Shoulder Taps

#2:  Complete 3 rounds as quickly as possible

15 Dumbbell Thrusters

Run 200 meters

Record your time and weight used.
