Part 1: Complete as many rounds as possible, using good form, in 8 minutes:

8/8 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep

8/8 Lawnmower Row

8 Kettlebell Heartbeats

Part 2: Complete as many rounds as possible, using good form, in 10 minutes:

20 Kettlebell Swings

30M/30M Suitcase Carry
