MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete as many rounds of the folloiwing as possible in 21 minutes:

20 Squats

15 Plank Jacks

10 Squat Thrusts

Pushups

100M Skipping, 50M Slow Crawl, 50M Walking
