11/29/2018: Thursday Workout!

THURSDAY WORKOUT 

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None

Complete as many rungs of the ladder as possible in 18 minutes! 

***Note: There is only one 100-yard Sprint between every rung!

Pushup

Mountain Climber  (per leg)

Plank with Shoulder Tap (per arm)

Squat

Lunge Step (per leg)

Burpee

Broad Jump

100-Yard Sprint

In each succeeding round, add a rep to every exercise.
